What to see and where to go in Ravello
After the great success achieved last year, by popular demand the 2015 Ravello Festival that started on June, 20th and is having its final performance on September 5th, has known an incredible enhancement, with a program of about 50 events in 70 days. A wonderful opportunity located at 30 km away from Laqua that in the 2014 edition saw a growth of 15% in ticket sales.
The theme of this edition is “InCanto”, an expression that envelops the atmosphere of magic and wonder of Ravello. The headquarter of the events is the Belvedere Villa Rufolo, an elegant and refined place, whose colors recall the nature of this beautiful village on the Amalfi Coast, full of terraces and olive groves. The most intimate performances are organized in the famous gardens of the Villa or in the Auditorium Niemeyer, while some others are held in the Sala dei Cavalieri.
The Oscar Music is opening the month of August. Not to be missed will be the Day of Percussion (August, 6th), the music of Niccolò Fabi (August, 9th), Giorgio Albertazzi (August, 19th), James Senese & Napoli Centrale (August, 20th) and the final evening, dominated by Wagner concert (September , 5th).
In short, a wonderful event, where music is the real star!
